The Ask: Make the Clairol brand culturally relevant and insatiably visible for at-home and salon dye users.
Our Answer: Clairol has been the brand that celebrates self expression in the form of hair color since the beginning. At Clairol, it’s not about the hair color you were born with, it’s about finding the hair color you were born to be. The one that makes you proudly exclaim “It’s So Me!” So, we revamped Clairol by giving each sub-brand an ownable persona that consumers could identify with.
My Role: Creative ideation, TVC script writing, and pre-production.
